Crossroads' Turning Points, Inc. (CTP) is southern Colorado's largest alcohol and substance use disorder treatment organization serving twenty-two counties since 1979. The agency specializes in heroin and opioid addiction treatment with a full continuum of care including withdrawal management, residential services, and outpatient services. Medication-Assisted Treatment is available. CTP is a nonprofit organization licensed by Colorado that provides evidence-based comprehensive services in prevention, intervention, and co-occurring treatment. The organization specifically specializes in serving women with children and pregnant and postpartum women. No one is denied access to services due to inability to pay, and a sliding fee schedule is available based on income and family size.
