Crossroads Program

The Crossroads Program is an intensive outpatient drug rehab facility specializing in treatment for teen drug abuse and substance use disorders. The program provides individualized treatment lasting 6-14 weeks based on client progress rather than finance. Clients attend a minimum of two 12-step meetings and two sober social events per week during treatment. Upon discharge, participants engage in 8 weeks of aftercare followed by ongoing participation in support groups for up to 2.5 years. The program tailors treatment to each individual with thorough assessments at admission and weekly individualized treatment plans developed by clients and counselors. A significant parent component is offered, including twice-weekly parent 12-step meetings and three to four monthly weekend activities, as parental involvement is emphasized as key to long-term recovery success.
