Crossroads of Oak Ridge

Crossroads provides evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment programs for substance use disorders. Services include FDA-approved medications such as methadone, suboxone, SUBLOCADE, and BRIXADI, along with counseling, peer support, care coordination, and contingency management. Treatment plans are individualized and whole-person focused. Patients see a provider and care coordinator or counselor for clinical assessment and customized treatment planning. Behavioral therapy addresses the connection between substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions to develop coping skills and support long-term recovery. The practice offers specialty support for pregnant patients and those with Hepatitis C.
