CREOKS Health Services

CREOKS Behavioral Health Services has offered more than 40 years of outpatient behavioral health and substance use care for adults, adolescents, and children. The organization operates three Spring Creek Recovery Centers providing crisis stabilization services. CREOKS provides confidential outpatient services in clinics, in-home, and through school-based programs. Adult services address depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, and other emotional and behavioral disorders. Children's services serve youth and adolescents up to age 25. The organization also operates two crisis centers for adults in Tahlequah and Sapulpa, and Spring Creek Recovery Kids in Sapulpa, offering short-term no-cost care for individuals facing mental health or substance use crises. Hope Lodge at the children's center specializes in treating youth with dual diagnosis of mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities. CREOKS Veteran Services provides evidence-based care to veterans and their families with understanding of military culture and veterans' unique challenges.
