CREOKS Behavioral Health Services

CREOKS Behavioral Health Services offers more than 40 years of quality outpatient behavioral health and substance use care for adults, adolescents, and children. The organization provides evidence-based treatment in clinics, in-home, and school-based settings. Services include treatment for depression, anxiety, substance use, and eating disorders. CREOKS also operates three Spring Creek Recovery Centers that provide crisis stabilization services for adults and children, including Hope Lodge in Sapulpa, which specializes in treating youth with dual diagnoses of mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Additional services include dedicated programs for veterans and their families. The organization operates locations in Tahlequah, Sapulpa, and Tulsa.
