Cowlitz Indian Tribe's Health and Human Services Department provides medical and social services to American Indians and Alaska Natives. The department promotes optimal health and well-being by utilizing traditional, modern, and culturally sensitive practices that create balance across physical, mental, spiritual, and social components of life. The tribe also operates a mobile treatment unit for behavioral health services and has partnered with Columbia River Mental Health Services to protect behavioral health services in the community.
