Great to meet you
The Counseling Center is an outpatient treatment provider that specializes in substance use and mental health recovery. They treat co-occurring disorders that often accompany alcohol and substance use disorders. The center offers three levels of care: standard outpatient counseling (OP), intensive outpatient programming (IOP), and partial hospitalization programming (PHP). All programs utilize group and individual therapies tailored to each person's specific recovery needs and goals. The Counseling Center is part of the Praesum Healthcare family, which was established in 2004 and operates multiple treatment facilities across five states along the Atlantic Coast. Their approach focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of addiction, such as mental health disorders and trauma, to support lasting recovery.
