Counseling & Recovery Services (CRS) is a nonprofit behavioral health and substance use treatment provider serving children, adolescents, and adults in the Tulsa and Sand Springs, Oklahoma area. CRS offers a comprehensive range of services including crisis care, counseling, medication management, housing assistance, employment placement support, and assessment and treatment for opioid dependence and other substance abuse challenges. The organization provides services from birth through age 25 for children and families, and specialized adult services including crisis support, opioid treatment, and peer support. CRS operates 24/7 crisis services through YES Tulsa for youth ages 5-17 and the CALM Center, both providing trauma-informed emergency mental health screenings, medication management, substance use evaluations, and stabilization. Services are offered at little or no cost to address behavioral health conditions including depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.
