Dr. Stenson, the owner, began treating opiate addicts in 1973 while a psychiatric resident at UCD School of Medicine. He was one of the founding partners of Bi-Valley Medical Clinic in 1980 and later founded C.O.R.E. Medical in 2009. He is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology and Addiction Medicine, and has been involved in educating others about opiate addiction through community workshops.
