Connection Inc

The Connection is a statewide community-based human services agency with over 50 years of nonprofit operations experience. They provide a continuum of care addressing family support, child welfare, young adult homelessness, and adult addiction and behavioral health services. Programs include residential and outpatient addiction services, behavioral healthcare, community justice services, and housing support. All programs follow person-centered and trauma-informed models of care. The agency prioritizes housing as essential to recovery and offers outreach, emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, and permanent supportive housing. Young adult services (ages 18-24) focus on homeless youth and emerging adults, while family and child services help families reunite and stabilize after trauma, substance use, behavioral health challenges, or homelessness.
