Connection Center for Behavioral

The Connection is a statewide community-based human services agency serving families, children, young adults, and adults. They offer programs including child welfare services, young adult homeless services for ages 18-24, and adult services spanning addiction services, behavioral healthcare, and community justice. All programs follow person-centered and trauma-informed models of care. The Connection operates as a housing-first provider, offering a continuum of services from outreach and engagement to emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, and both residential and outpatient treatment. Their mission is building safe, healthy, caring communities and inspiring people to reach their full potential as productive and valued citizens.
