Congruent Counseling Services and Integrative Counseling (IC) provide mental health and substance abuse treatment services across central Maryland. They offer depression and anxiety cognitive behavioral therapy, anger management, suicide prevention, substance abuse and addictions counseling, psychiatric treatment, and other mental health services. The practice has 60+ therapists on staff serving adults, teens, and children through individual counseling, child and adolescent counseling, teen counseling, young adult counseling, adult and senior counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, and group workshops. They operate an Intensive Outpatient Program for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Locations include Annapolis, Columbia, Eldersburg, Federal Hill, Frederick, Millersville, Rockville, Salisbury, and Towson, with Frederick, Rockville, and Annapolis offering virtual-only services. They provide telehealth throughout Maryland and have been providing outpatient counseling services for over 10 years.
