Comprehensive Connections

Comprehensive Connections is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated in 1971, located in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. The organization serves individuals with disabilities, addictions, or functional limitations across a rural campus with over 75 employees and approximately 50 volunteers. They provide a range of services including mental health case management and counseling for persons experiencing emotional, psychological, or behavioral problems in Jefferson, Hamilton, and surrounding counties. The substance abuse division offers withdrawal, assessment, education, counseling, and referral services to persons affected by substance use in Southern Illinois. The organization also operates vocational services providing work, personal development, and independence training for individuals with disabilities, and senior services for persons 60 and older.
