CBHC provides methadone treatment, counseling, and psychiatric medication management for people living with opioid use disorder, specifically those struggling with fentanyl, heroin, and prescription painkillers. The practice offers one-on-one and group counseling, peer support, and case management for housing and benefits. Walk-ins are welcome with same-day dosing available, and take-home methadone options are provided. CBHC operates two locations in the Denver metropolitan area: downtown Denver and Lakewood, Colorado. The practice accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and Tricare, and offers self-pay rates and sliding fee scales for those without insurance coverage.
