Community Outreach Network Services

Community Outreach Network Services is a non-profit founded in 1999 by Sheila Williamson, LMHC, LCAC. The organization provides individualized mental health and addiction treatment, referrals for IOP, OP, and continued care treatment. Services include addiction and recovery treatment, intervention, prevention and education, co-occurring disorder treatment, trauma and PTSD support, couples and family counseling, MAT therapy, spirituality and grief support, stress management, conflict resolution, and skills development. The practice serves high-risk adults dealing with mental health and substance use disorders, using a holistic, personalized approach tailored to each client's individual needs and recovery journey. The organization works with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues including depression, parenting support, and career counseling in a supportive atmosphere.
