About Community Counseling Services

Community Counseling Services (CCS) provides outpatient mental health treatment to Northampton County and surrounding areas through offices in Bangor and Easton, Pennsylvania. The organization offers individual therapy, family therapy, group counseling, and psychiatric services with medication management. CCS was established in 1992 as a program of Methodist Services and operates as a private, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization. The therapeutic staff holds advanced degrees in psychology, social work, or counseling and utilizes a holistic, strengths-based approach incorporating evidence-based techniques to promote independent functioning and self-reliance. Services are provided without regard to race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other form of discrimination.
