Community Bridges

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an addiction treatment and behavioral health provider that uses a holistic, integrated approach to care. Founded in 1982, CBI designs individualized treatment plans using education, therapy, housing, medications, peer support, and other supportive services. The organization employs many peer support staff who have lived experience in recovery and provide daily assistance, hope, and education to patients. CBI's team of medical and behavioral health professionals is guided by a mission to maintain the dignity of human life and serve as agents of positive change in their communities.
