Community Bridges, Inc., founded in 1982, provides a full continuum of substance use and mental health services in Arizona, Oklahoma, and Washington, DC. The organization serves individuals, families, and communities through a personalized, integrated approach to addiction treatment and behavioral health concerns. Their recovery model encompasses medical services, substance abuse and mental health treatments, crisis and inpatient services, support for women and children, homeless outreach, housing and shelter, community education, and extensive outreach efforts.
