Community Outreach Network Services is a non-profit founded in 1999 by Sheila Williamson, LMHC, LCAC. The organization provides individualized mental health and addiction treatment with referrals for groups to complete IOP, OP, and continued care treatment. They specialize in treatment for co-occurring disorders, trauma and PTSD support, couples and family support, pain management, MAT therapy (in conjunction with medical doctors), spirituality and grief support, and skills development.
