Coastal Horizons Center Inc

Coastal Horizons is a nationally accredited, non-profit corporation providing a broad range of evidence-based substance use, mental health, crisis intervention, justice, and wellness services across more than half of North Carolina's counties. Services include outpatient treatment, opioid treatment, crisis intervention, services for victims of sexual assault, emergency youth shelter (6-18 years), preventative services, and justice services to justice-involved individuals in 53 counties. The organization also provides primary care through Horizons Health and specialized services in Spanish through Clinica Latina. A sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income, ensuring no one is denied services due to inability to pay. Coastal Horizons is recognized as a Trillium Valued Provider for their commitment to mental health, substance use, and disability services in eastern North Carolina.
