Case Management, Inc. (CMI) Healthcare Services is a private, non-profit organization founded in June 1990 to provide community-based mental health services in Memphis. CMI is the only fully integrated comprehensive behavioral health and primary care organization in Memphis. The organization serves individuals diagnosed with mental illness through programs driven by consumer need. CMI utilizes Recovery Principles and Evidence Based Practices to empower individuals to reach optimal wellness and functional capability by serving the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Services include primary care, care management for adults and children, behavioral health medication management, walk-in access to behavioral health services, HIV transitional home services, residential treatment services, homeless services, substance abuse outpatient services, individual and group therapy, vocational rehabilitation training, and on-site pharmacy services.
