Clinch Mountain Community Services Board (CMCSB) is one of 40 Community Service Boards in Virginia, offering a comprehensive array of services in child and family care, developmental disability support, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. Located in Southwestern Virginia, the agency serves Buchanan, Russell, and Tazewell Counties with a service area of approximately 1500 square miles and a population of over 100,000. CMCSB operates more than twenty locations across the three counties and employs approximately 480 full-time and part-time staff. The agency serves individuals from newborn infants to the elderly across all mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability diagnoses. Many of their programs have received local, regional, state, and national recognition for innovation. The main office is located at 196 Cumberland Road, Cedar Bluff, VA 24609. No individual will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and a discounted/sliding fee schedule is available for qualifying individuals.
