Client Care Continuum LLC

Client Care Continuum (CCC) is a residential PTSD and addiction treatment facility located in Arley, Alabama next to Smith Lake. The facility specializes in treating military personnel, including active duty and veterans, with a focus on PTSD and dual diagnosis. CCC is the only dedicated military residential PTSD and dual diagnosis treatment center. The treatment facility consists of several homes where clients have their own private space. The treatment team includes therapists who are military veterans and a VA psychiatrist available on site, with a 3:1 client-to-therapist ratio. The program incorporates evidence-based treatment approaches in individual and group settings, complementing VA services. Family members including spouses, partners, children, and extended family are included as an important component of therapy. The facility provides a relaxing lakeside retreat environment to balance the intensity of treatment.
