Reach Counseling is a mental health treatment practice offering in-person and telehealth therapy services. They specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, behavioral issues, and support for life transitions including postpartum, faith transition, and couples/family issues. The practice offers intensive outpatient programs tailored to different age groups, including a postpartum intensive outpatient program that meets three times a week, a teen intensive outpatient program meeting three days a week, and a youth intensive outpatient program meeting twice a week. These group-based programs focus on building coping skills, emotional regulation, healthy relationship strategies, impulse control, and communication. Their mission is to provide quality mental health care that meets people where they are, offering relief, support, and meaningful healing with compassion, inclusivity, and warmth.
