Clay Behavioral Health Center is a mental health and substance use disorder treatment provider serving adults, teens, children, and families in Clay County, Florida. They offer outpatient counseling and treatment delivered by certified counselors and psychiatrists, with on-site services available in some Clay County schools. Adult services include intervention and crisis services, outpatient counseling, day treatment programs, group therapy, an Extensive Outpatient Program for substance use disorders, medication management, and Drug Court support. They provide Dual Diagnosis programs for individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Services for teens include individual and group counseling for substance use, in-home counseling, and family support groups. Children's services are designed for emotionally and behaviorally disturbed children. The center offers a Mobile Response Team available 24/7 for behavioral health crises including threats of suicide and substance use emergencies.
