Clackamas Health Center

Clackamas County Health Centers is a division of Health, Housing, and Human Services (H3S) that serves the community by reducing barriers to health and improving lives. The practice is staffed with doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and certified medical assistants who treat a range of conditions from minor injuries to serious health problems.
