CHASS

CHASS Center is a comprehensive health center located at 5635 West Fort Street in Detroit, Michigan. The organization has been providing quality, affordable health care to the community for 55 years. CHASS operates as a one-stop-shop offering prenatal care, pediatric care, adult care, dental care, and a full-service pharmacy. The center provides behavioral health services including individual and group counseling and support.
