Central Plains Center

Central Plains Center has been serving the Central Plains area since 1969. The organization provides comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to individuals with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and chemical dependency, along with support for their families. Services include mental health treatment, early childhood intervention, intellectual and developmental disabilities support, substance abuse services including a 12-bed residential program, crisis services, and recovery support services. The center is a community-based organization serving a multi-county catchment area in Texas and operates with a mission to improve quality of life while promoting individual choice and dignity.
