About Central East Alc and Drug Council
Hour House (also known as Central East Alcoholism & Drug Council) is a community-based, not-for-profit corporation offering services to address substance use disorders and gambling disorders. Originally incorporated in 1972, they opened their first facility in 1973 and now operate 10 sites in east central Illinois and serve other state residents. The organization provides education, prevention, and recovery services, and is accredited through CARF. Their mission is to provide hope to individuals, families, and the community through outstanding delivery of substance use and gambling disorder services.
