Central City Health is a Federally-Qualified Health Center serving Detroit and Wayne County residents since 1972. The organization provides integrated, whole-person health and wellness services including primary care, pediatric care, dental care, behavioral health services, substance use disorder treatment, supportive housing, community re-entry services, supported employment, and peer support. CCH is recognized as a Level III Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and is HRSA-funded. The center employs a care team of licensed health care professionals committed to delivering evidence-based, team-based, integrated health care with dignity and respect. Services are available to all people regardless of insurance status, income level, race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.
