About Center for Great Expectations
Center for Great Expectations (CGE) is a trauma-informed mental health and recovery center founded in 1998 that serves homeless women who are pregnant and parenting, as well as pregnant or parenting homeless adolescents. The organization provides a continuum of care including residential programs, outpatient services, home visitation, telehealth, childcare, and permanent supportive housing. CGE's mission is to create a safe place, safe presence, and safe path that enables clients to experience and maintain physical, psychological, social and spiritual health for themselves and their children. The organization is grounded in spirituality that treasures the dignity of all and is committed to inclusion across races, ethnicities, ages, genders, socioeconomic statuses, languages, sexual orientations, literacies, and religions. CGE serves over 1,000 people annually across six programs in its continuum of care.
