About Center for Families
Center for Families is a treatment center for teens and families with locations in Pennsylvania and Minnesota. They treat individuals ages 13–18 who are experiencing depression, anxiety, social isolation, trauma-related symptoms, disordered eating and poor body image, and teen substance use, as well as adults in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The program takes a whole-person, family-centered approach that addresses the root causes of mood and co-occurring disorders. All therapists have advanced training in Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), an evidence-based modality that rebuilds trust within the parent-child relationship. Three programs are located in Pennsylvania in the towns of Malvern and West Chester, with an outpatient location in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Nourish program is a specialized PHP for teens experiencing mental health struggles accompanied by disordered eating, providing dietary assessment and monitoring along with groups focused on self-esteem and body acceptance.
