CADS (Center for Alcohol & Drug Services) is a multi-modality bi-state program operating in Iowa and Illinois with 45 years of experience in substance abuse education, prevention, assessment, treatment, and referral services. The organization is licensed by the Department of Public Health in Iowa and the Department of Human Services Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse in Illinois. CADS is part of the Iowa Health and Human Services Integrated Provider Network and is funded by Iowa Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The organization operates 4 locations throughout the Quad Cities and offers comprehensive services designed to meet the needs of individuals and families of all age groups in the community.
