CADS (Center for Alcohol & Drug Services) is a multi-modality bi-state program operating throughout the Quad Cities with 4 locations. The organization provides substance abuse education, prevention, assessment, treatment, and referral services designed to meet the needs of families and individuals of all age groups. Services include treatment for adolescents and adults, gambling services, and prevention programs focused on alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, and prescription drugs. CADS is licensed by the Department of Public Health in the State of Iowa and the Department of Human Services, Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, in the State of Illinois. The organization is part of the Iowa Health and Human Services' Integrated Provider Network and is funded by the Iowa Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
