Centennial Mental Health Center Inc

Centennial Mental Health Center is a non-profit organization that has provided compassionate and comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services to northeastern Colorado for over 40 years. The organization serves the resilient, hard-working members of the community across multiple locations including Akron, Burlington, Cheyenne Wells, Elizabeth, Fort Morgan, Holyoke, Julesburg, Limon, Sterling, Wray, and Yuma. Services include Adult Mental Health, Crisis care, Respite services, Integrated Health, Prevention and Early Intervention, and Substance Use Disorder treatment. Youth and Family services are also offered. The center operates an online patient portal and provides telehealth services.
