Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan (CCSEM) is a unified entity formed in 2013, combining independent Catholic Social Service agencies from Oakland, St. Clair, Macomb, Monroe, and Lapeer counties. CCSEM serves as the principal agency for mercy-driven activities within the Archdiocese of Detroit. The organization reaches over 20,000 people annually through a variety of programs, including counseling, foster care, adoption, adult day services, and refugee resettlement. CCSEM is dedicated to honoring the dignity of individuals and fortifying families by offering support throughout their personal journeys and partnering with pastors, parishes, and other Catholic charitable organizations to ensure coordinated and collaborative assistance.
