Catholic Charities

Catholic Charities is one of Northeast Ohio’s largest health and human service nonprofit organizations, providing help and creating hope for people of every race and religion. The organization serves individuals and families across eight counties: Ashland, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Summit, and Wayne. All services are rooted in the belief that every person is made in God’s image, aiming to help those served, especially those living in poverty, reach their full potential. Catholic Charities administers over 165 individual programs, encompassing a wide range of services. These include behavioral health, mental health, and substance use treatment. Additionally, they offer services for families, children, and older adults, as well as prevention programs, camps, and athletics. Other services include adoption and foster care, child care and education, disability services, early learning, emergency assistance, employment services, Hispanic services, and human life and advocacy.
