CASPAR House I

Bay Cove Human Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a 50-year history providing comprehensive services to people facing mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, homelessness, and aging challenges. The organization operates CASPAR (Cambridge and Somerville Programs for Addiction Recovery), founded in 1970 as a community-based response to the lack of substance use treatment options. CASPAR has grown from a single halfway house and shelter to offer a comprehensive array of services across the substance use-recovery continuum.
