Cascade Community Healthcare

Cascade Community Health is a non-profit community healthcare center serving Lewis County and surrounding areas in Washington for more than 50 years. The organization operates six locations throughout Lewis County, including clinics in Centralia, Chehalis, and Morton, as well as The Cascade Evaluation & Treatment Center and The Phoenix Clubhouse. Cascade offers a wide range of services including medication-assisted treatment, primary care, inpatient care, adult outpatient programs, crisis services, substance use treatment, family and children's services, and pharmacy services. The organization is dedicated to providing compassionate healthcare with a holistic approach that addresses the body, mind, and spirit.
