Carolina Outreach

Carolina Outreach is a behavioral health organization serving children, families, and adults across North Carolina since 2003. They provide a comprehensive array of behavioral health services including diagnostic assessments, outpatient therapy, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, and crisis services. Services are offered at multiple locations in Durham, Charlotte, Fayetteville, Kinston, Raleigh, Smithfield, Wilson, Gastonia, Lumberton, Jacksonville, Supply, and Wilmington. They offer both in-office and teletherapy options. Specialized programs include intensive in-home family-centered treatment for children and adolescents, intensive outpatient programs, assertive community treatment, community support teams, and a mobile crisis response service (MORES) available in Charlotte. A Behavioral Health Urgent Care clinic in Durham provides rapid access to psychiatric and mental health services.
