This provider offers comprehensive mental health and addiction treatment services across multiple islands in Hawaii, including Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii. Services include Community Based Case Management and Community Care Services (CBCM/CCS), a 24/7 program for seriously mentally ill individuals focused on recovery-oriented treatment, psychiatric care, medication management, nursing support, and case management to support community living. Day Treatment provides a structured therapeutic program for individuals with serious mental illness and addiction concerns, featuring group counseling, education, skill building, and recreational therapy. The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers medically supervised, therapeutically intensive services for individuals experiencing increased symptoms or behavioral disturbances, with emphasis on crisis stabilization and skill building. Community Integration Services provides housing supports to help prevent and address homelessness. Adult Residential Services include the Specialized Residential Services Population (SRSP), a long-term (up to 6 months) residential program for adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders, serving up to eight residents on Oahu with staff support from registered nurses, mental health workers, and licensed clinicians. AfterCare provides continued support for program graduates through individual therapy and psychoeducational activities focused on relapse prevention.
