Counseling & Recovery Services (CRS) is a nonprofit behavioral health and substance abuse treatment provider located in Tulsa and Sand Springs, Oklahoma. CRS offers comprehensive services including crisis care, counseling, medication management, housing assistance, employment placement support, and opioid dependence treatment for both adults and children. The organization serves children from birth to age 25 and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and related behavioral health challenges. Services are offered at little or no cost regardless of financial situation. CRS operates YES Tulsa, a 24/7 crisis facility providing trauma-informed services for youth ages 5–17, and the CALM Center for crisis support.
