Buffalo Valley has been providing affordable alcohol and substance abuse treatment to patients in need for over 30 years. Located in Hohenwald, Tennessee, they serve more than 3,500 patients annually and are the largest TNCare provider in the state for alcohol and drug services. The facility offers medically monitored detox, residential rehabilitation, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Treatment services include job training, job placement assistance, GED training, life skills training, case management, counseling, and housing support. They also operate Valley Housing, a division offering affordable housing across middle Tennessee. The organization specifically provides treatment to uninsured patients with opioid addictions and serves veterans with specialized PTSD programming.
