Bristol Lifestyle Recovery

Bristol Lifestyle Recovery is a compassionate community-based organization empowering individuals challenged by substance abuse to discover the strength to heal. BLR provides clinically-managed, low-intensity residential substance abuse programming as defined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). The organization operates programs in Bristol, Virginia and Bristol, Tennessee. The Virginia campus (BLR-VA) offers recovery-centered supervised living with 24-hour staff support in a supportive community environment. Residents receive evidence-based, treatment-oriented protocols from a range of support professionals, including quality nutritious meals and safety-monitored rooms. The Tennessee program (BLR-TN) offers non-residential clinically-based treatment programs. BLR is a program of Fairview Housing, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that has provided safe, quality, and affordable housing throughout Southern Appalachia since 1971. The goal is to equip every resident with the skills and healing necessary to successfully navigate lifelong recovery.
