Bridge Family Center

The Bridge Family Center is a nonprofit agency serving the Greater Hartford area that supports children, teens, young adults, families, parents, and caregivers. The organization provides crisis counseling, stabilization, and youth, teen, couple, and family therapy through its Counseling program. Residential services include crisis-based and transitional community housing assistance for teens and young adults, as well as specialized trauma-informed treatment assessment and reunification services. Additional services encompass family resource centers, parenting programs, mentoring programs, school-based services, before and after school programs, independent living programs, and positive youth development initiatives.
