Great to meet you

Bridge Counseling Associates is a nonprofit organization founded in 1971 and based in Southern Nevada. It is Nevada's oldest non-profit providing individual and family counseling and operates as one of the nation's first urban Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC). The organization serves individuals, families, courts and community service programs with licensed marriage and family therapists, clinical professional counselors and licensed substance abuse counselors who address co-occurring mental health and addiction needs. Bridge operates two Southern Nevada campuses and offers statewide treatment via HIPAA-compliant Telehealth. The agency also serves as a certified training program for universities offering Master's degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Professional Counseling.

Evidence-based approaches

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Spots the thought-feeling-action loops that fuel urges, then rewires them with practical skills you take into the moment.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. A structured trauma therapy that helps the brain re-file painful memories so they stop hijacking the present.

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic Therapy. Explores the older patterns and unconscious dynamics underneath the surface behavior. Slower than skills-based work, deeper on the questions of why you reach for the thing you reach for.
