Bridge Back to Life Center Inc

Bridge Back to Life Center, Inc. has provided outpatient treatment since 1988 to individuals recovering from addiction, as well as education and support for their families and significant others. The organization firmly believes addiction is a treatable disease and is committed to serving all people suffering from addiction. Upon intake, all clients receive a confidential, intensive, diagnostic evaluation to determine their individual clinical needs and appropriate level of care. The organization has multiple locations, including a Bethpage location and a mobile unit serving Sullivan County. Bridge Back to Life supports and participates in community events and provides trainings for staff and community-based organizations.
