Brighton Recovery Center is a multi-location treatment provider offering a spectrum of care for substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health issues. Services progress through residential (inpatient), day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, sober living, and alumni programs. The center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and takes a multifaceted, individualized approach rather than one-size-fits-all treatment. Brighton treats alcohol, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, methamphetamine, and prescription medication addictions. Locations include Community Center and Recovery Center in Salt Lake City, and Recovery Center and Outpatient Center in South Ogden. All patients are assessed for both addiction and mental health issues to address underlying causes of substance use. Treatment includes medical monitoring, medication management, individual and family therapy with licensed clinicians, group therapy based on evidence-based modalities, recreation therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and reintegration skills training.
