Great to meet you

Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center is a sub-acute detoxification and intensive residential substance use disorder program that treats men and women 18 years of age and older. The facility uses the latest in scientific advances delivered in a holistic model, recognizing addiction as a disease of the system rather than simply the person. Their programming draws from numerous therapeutic models and treatment techniques, designed to engage the spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, social, legal and vocational needs of clients and their families. The treatment team consists of certified addiction counselors, licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and other medical professionals who specialize in addiction treatment. Each client receives individualized care tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

Evidence-based approaches

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Spots the thought-feeling-action loops that fuel urges, then rewires them with practical skills you take into the moment.

DBT

Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Pairs acceptance with change. Especially useful when emotions feel too big to ride out without acting on them.

Holistic

Holistic Care. Adds nutrition, sleep, movement, and mind-body practices alongside the clinical work. Recovery is whole-person; the body matters too.

Family systems

Family Systems work. Brings the people closest to you into the recovery picture, since urges and relationships rarely live in separate boxes.
