BHN WellBeing is a Community Behavioral Health Center providing services for children, youth, adults, and families facing mental health and substance use challenges. The organization operates 40 locations throughout Massachusetts. Services include residential recovery, inpatient and outpatient services, crisis intervention, stabilization services, counseling and wellness programs, and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Care is available in English and Spanish with same-day services, extended hours, and 24/7/365 crisis assessment and stabilization. The center serves patients at home, in the community, at clinic locations in Springfield and Westfield, and through telehealth. BHN serves over 33,000 individuals annually and employs approximately 2,400 staff members.
